  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely place the unworn sneakers in their original branded box and outer shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
